SHIPPING:

 

We offer free shipping on any purchase $150 or over. If your purchase is under $150, it may qualify for discounted shipping. We will ship USPS Priority Mail which is usually a 2 day delivery time if your purchase fits in a Medium or Large Flat Rate Box. If the item is too large for a Flat Rate box, we will ship UPS Ground which usually takes between 2-5 business days.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We have a complete guaranteed return policy for any item!

 

You may return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise with tags attached. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns up to 90 days from the order shipment date, or any merchandise missing tags will be refunded via store credit. Sale items and custom made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned.

-We cannot accept returns or exchanges on jeans hemmed below 30”-

 

 

Included in your original box will be a free return shipping label for any return shipment, and a form which you may use to indicate the reason for a return shipment. If you would like to exchange for another size or style, please indicate the reason of your return. You may return for any reason but this will help us refine, offer, or withdraw a particular style from our collection. Returns and exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges.

 

If we have failed to provide a return label in your package, please contact cenicecollection@gmail.com  and we will email one to you within 2 business days.

 

REFUNDS:

 

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that the purchase was made with. No postage is required, just affix the pre-addressed return label that was included in your original packaging. Please note that, a $6 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Once processed, please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.

 

*We reserve the right to omit the discounted return shipping label if this process is over used by a customer with repeated returns.
